We are in search of a highly experienced Vice President of M&A and Corporate Development to drive our strategic growth initiatives through mergers and acquisitions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough due diligence on potential acquisition targets, evaluating financial, operational, and strategic compatibility.
  • Create financial models, valuation assessments, and business cases to inform M&A strategies.

  • Oversee the complete M&A process, focusing on integration and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry changes to identify opportunities and mitigate potential risks.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred but not mandatory.
  • 5-10 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting, with a focus on M&A.
  • Demonstrated success in executing M&A transactions, particularly in due diligence and integration.
  • Strong financial acumen, capable of analyzing complex financial data and generating actionable insights.
  • Proficient in financial modeling and analysis techniques.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach, thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary for deal meetings, conferences, and industry events.
