We are seeking a highly skilled Title Production Specialist to join our team at SummitHR. As a key member of our production unit, you will be responsible for reviewing search data, typing and reviewing title products, and meeting production goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review search data provided by customers/abstractors for completeness and accuracy.
  • Type and/or review all title products offered within the department (Ownership Reports, MCRs, Commitments, and other products).
  • Consistently meet and exceed minimum production goals set for the position.
  • Manage work queues and maintain/meet customer service level agreements.
  • Ensure quality title reporting and meet all specified turnaround times according to customer service level agreements.
  • Monitor files for completeness and recognize missing items/information.
  • Maintain 90% accuracy.
  • Read and understand daily metrics.
  • Handle general internal and external customer inquiries without assistance in a timely manner.
  • Monitor, follow-up, and resolve problem files in a timely manner or elevate to appropriate manager or risk management.
  • Prepare and submit daily production log.
  • Communicate with coworkers, management, customers, and others in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Assist manager in training new staff members with Production unit.
  • Be a personable, positive, and professional representative of the Company.
  • Regular consistent attendance is required.
  • Ability to accept supervision.
  • Ability to foster, develop, and maintain professional and collaborative working relationships.
  • Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of management, employees, and customers.
  • Ability to work overtime as requested and approved by manager.
