Job Overview

Aramark's Step Up to Leadership (S2L) Paid Internship Program is a premier opportunity for motivated college students to gain valuable business skills and leadership experience. This program is designed to provide students with key experience, expertise, and resources to help position them competitively for full-time positions post-graduation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce and maintain work schedules, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality service.
  • Maintain food production that ensures the safety and quality of food according to company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that food items are stored in a safe, organized, and hazard-free environment.
  • Maintain accurate inventory on a weekly basis, optimizing stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Supervise and evaluate employees, providing guidance and support to promote employee growth, efficiency, morale, and teamwork.
  • Maintain logs on all maintenance required on equipment within the department, ensuring prompt and effective repairs.
  • Ensure all food safety and temperature logs are completed with appropriate corrective action, as necessary.
  • Perform other duties as requested by Manager, utilizing skills and experience to drive business results.
Qualifications

To be eligible for this internship, candidates must:

  • Be actively pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in any field of study.
  • Be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, or holidays, according to business needs.
  • Be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by Aramark for this position.
