Customer Value Maximization Expert Job Summary
We are looking for a talented Customer Value Maximization Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in maximizing customer value through strategic contract negotiations and account management. Your primary objective will be to develop win-win negotiation strategies that enhance the customer relationship and maximize contract value.

You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements. This includes maintaining an in-depth understanding of Servicenow's licensing models to provide expert guidance on licensing discussions. Furthermore, you will monitor customer health metrics to identify potential risks and develop proactive risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful renewals.
