Customer Experience Expert

Responsibilities:
- Provide genuine, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable customer service to meet or exceed expectations.
- Maintain accurate knowledge of products, promotions, and sales strategies.
- Develop and implement effective selling techniques to achieve sales targets.
- Effectively manage cash handling responsibilities and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with visual merchandising, including setting up displays and maintaining store appearance.
- Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and service goals.
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
- A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience and retail sales experience, preferably in specialty retail.
