Role Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Provide genuine, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable customer service to meet or exceed expectations.
  • Maintain accurate knowledge of products, promotions, and sales strategies.
  • Develop and implement effective selling techniques to achieve sales targets.
  • Effectively manage cash handling responsibilities and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including setting up displays and maintaining store appearance.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and service goals.
Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
  • A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience and retail sales experience, preferably in specialty retail.
