About the Job:

As a Bilingual Customer Service Expert, you will be the frontline representative and image of MTM Transit. You will handle a variety of tasks, including phone calls, general clerical duties, data entry, processing picture IDs, handling customer requests, and receptionist support.

You will work in our San Diego office, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. Your responsibilities will include handling inbound calls from members, clients, and facilities to verify eligibility and coordinate non-emergent transportation services. You will also provide top-quality customer service experience to a diverse customer population.
