Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Lead to join our team at Ben & Jerry's - Canton. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and leading a team of sales associates to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive sales growth and exceed targets.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of sales associates to deliver high-quality customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Customer Service: Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues promptly.
  • Training and Development: Train and mentor sales associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
  • Sales Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to management.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in inventory management, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and properly displayed.
  • Sales Initiatives: Participate in the development and execution of sales promotions, events, and other initiatives to drive traffic and sales.
  • Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
