Position Overview

The Construction Project Superintendent will oversee the execution of light industrial projects from inception to completion. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively manage on-site operations while fostering a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Directly manage all aspects of construction projects on-site.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, including project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Engage with team members actively, providing guidance and support.
  • Participate in the recruitment and development of new team members.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols at all times.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in construction management.
  • Proven track record in a senior superintendent role.
  • Experience with tilt-up construction in light industrial settings.
  • Demonstrated experience managing ground-up projects exceeding $10 million.
  • Proficient in utilizing technology to enhance project management.
  • Strong leadership capabilities.
