Job Summary

The Foreman holds a critical position in the Company responsible for completing construction projects with maximum profitability and customer satisfaction.

As a Foreman, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of work crews, ensuring projects are completed within the project schedule and in accordance with the quality standards of the company.

You will work in conjunction with the Project Manager and Superintendent to ensure that planned job activities are executed.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise work crews to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Ensure quality standards are met and maintained
  • Collaborate with Project Manager and Superintendent to execute planned job activities
