Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Nursing Specialist to join our team. As a Registered Nurse I, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and promoting a culture of safety and quality.
Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements individualized patient care plans that address physical, emotional, and educational needs.
- Collaborates with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participates in quality improvement initiatives and contributes to a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Maine.
- High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to lift, move, and load 30 to 50 pounds.
