Job Overview

Care Dynamics, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Metallurgist to lead our metallurgy team in optimizing production and quality at our premier zinc operation.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary of $93,500 - $122,000 per year, based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including 401K with a 5% employer contribution, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.

About the Role

As a Metallurgist, you will play a key role in ensuring high production standards by overseeing quality assurance for the assay lab and mill operations. You will collaborate with mine and shaft departments to optimize production and reduce disruptions, leading mill maintenance planning and troubleshooting issues in the production process.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage metallurgical accounting, concentrate inventories, and production scheduling
  • Provide technical support to mill operators and conduct tests on new ore bodies for optimal recovery
  • Engage with the Environmental Department on discharge water quality and treatment coordination
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical or Chemical Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in mill operations, mill maintenance, and production
  • Comprehensive knowledge of mining operations, particularly in milling, flotation, and maintenance
