About the Role:
A Housekeeping House Attendant at Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

This position involves managing the inventory of linen storage areas, assisting Room Attendants, and ensuring that guest items are delivered promptly to their accommodations.

Additionally, the House Attendant will support Team Leaders in preparing rooms and removing soiled linens from guest areas.

Cleaning tasks will also include maintaining patios for checkout rooms and participating in various cleaning projects as needed.

Key Responsibilities:


The primary duties of this role include but are not limited to:

  • Ensuring all guest corridors are tidy, vacuumed, and dust-free.
  • Maintaining cleanliness of mirrors, furniture, floors, ashtrays, elevators, and doors.
  • Keeping service elevator landings, stairwells, and linen storage areas clean through regular sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
  • Transporting clean linen to guest room floors.
  • Restocking Linen Storage Rooms and Armoires daily with necessary supplies and amenities.
  • Emptying trash and soiled linens from guest room floors.
  • Assisting Housekeepers as needed, including moving beds and furniture, turning mattresses, and managing drapes.
  • Timely delivery of guest requests such as irons, ironing boards, cribs, and rollaway beds.

Qualifications:


The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role; hotel or resort experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Capability to work in a desert climate and stand or walk for extended periods.
  • Proficiency in English communication.
  • Willingness to work independently or collaboratively and engage with guests.
  • Flexibility to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays; shifts typically range from morning to evening.
