Responsibilities:

  • Clean rooms and facilities, including mirrors, furniture, ash urns, elevators, and doors, to the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Inventory and maintain the cleanliness of all linen closets and empty trash, adhering to our hotel's high standards.
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to plan and follow a definite cleaning schedule, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Follow instructions and training given by your supervisor, and report any maintenance deficiencies to the housekeeping team.
  • Ensure all bathrooms and beds are cleaned in rooms, and vacuum all rooms every day to maintain a clean and comfortable environment.
  • Clean all mirrors and mop all tiled floors, adhering to our hotel's high standards of cleanliness.
  • Respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation, and complete any project assigned by the Director or Assistant Director of Housekeeping.

Requirements:

  • Prior hotel experience is preferred, but not required.
  • You must adhere to practices of occupational safety and health, including wearing personal protective equipment when required.
  • The physical demands of this role include standing, squatting, walking, climbing stairs, extending arms, bending, and stooping to reach materials.
