Sales Initiatives:

  • Act as the primary representative for the branch, establishing and nurturing significant relationships with customers.
  • Identify client needs and effectively communicate the advantages of First American Bank's personal banking offerings.
  • Engage proactively with clients to enhance their banking experience and recommend additional products and services.
  • Guide colleagues in enhancing their sales techniques to strengthen customer relationships.
  • Prepare and deliver customized sales presentations that highlight our product offerings.

  • Participate in community outreach and marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness.
  • Achieve or surpass designated sales targets.

Customer Service Excellence:

  • Assist in managing customer inquiries through various service channels, ensuring efficient resolutions.
  • Oversee the customer experience, setting high service standards and leading by example.
  • Provide expertise in personal banking services, including loans and accounts.
  • Resolve complex customer issues with a focus on delivering outstanding service.
  • Utilize analytical tools to align customer needs with appropriate banking solutions.
  • Conduct daily banking operations, including account management and transaction processing.
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools and resources.
  • Serve as a resource for colleagues regarding banking systems and processes.
  • Perform teller duties as needed, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures.

Risk Management:

  • Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with customer transactions.
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with banking regulations.
  • Foster a collaborative environment within the branch to enhance teamwork.
  • Support the development of junior staff through coaching and mentorship.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is advantageous.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in personal banking.
  • Proven sales and customer service track record.
  • Strong understanding of consumer and mortgage lending.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for training and branch support.
