Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and services to clients, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Install and configure hardware and software, including desktops, laptops, printers, and other equipment
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on hardware and software, including upgrades and replacements
  • Coordinate with clients to schedule and perform services, including setting up appointments and communicating with clients
  • Meet service level agreements and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Update system records and asset management information
  • Identify potential issues and create action plans to resolve them
  • Utilize advanced tools and technical knowledge to resolve technical issues
  • Escalate issues to supervisor as needed
Requirements
  • Minimum of three years' experience in end user support, desktop support, ITSM, incident, request, and IMAC
  • Minimum of three years' experience in desktop support, standard applications, and customized customer applications
  • Minimum of three years' experience in hardware, including video conference, standard desktop and laptop, printer, scanner, desk phone, and Smarthand support
  • Minimum of three years' experience in end user support, desktop support, Citrix, VPN, antivirus, and SCCM client
  • Minimum of three years' experience in on-site hands-on field services in an SLA environment
  • Must be able to pass GBI fingerprinting/background check and Georgia DOR tax clearance
