- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Successful completion of the National Certification Examination for Registered Physical Therapists.

This position requires medium physical demands as classified by the Department of Labor. The employee must be capable of exerting 20-50 pounds of force occasionally, 10-20 pounds of force frequently, and up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects, equipment, and/or clients. Regular activities include standing, walking, sitting, stooping, kneeling, bending, and crouching; using hands to manipulate tools and equipment; reaching with hands and arms; balancing; lifting; and performing medium to maximum transfer assists with clients. The employee must possess sufficient visual and auditory acuity to ensure client safety and capability. Work is primarily conducted indoors, in client rooms or therapy clinics. This role is classified as Category 1 under OSHA regulations concerning exposure to bloodborne pathogens, necessitating the use of protective equipment.
