Phlebotomy Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team at Pathology Laboratories, Inc. As a Phlebotomist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and customer-focused service.
Key Responsibilities- Collect and process blood and non-blood specimens from patients of all ages.
- Perform venipuncture and other phlebotomy procedures with precision and care.
- Ensure accurate and timely specimen processing, labeling, and test ordering.
- Champion safety, compliance, and quality control in the laboratory setting.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous phlebotomy training or experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- 2+ years of laboratory training or experience in specimen collection and processing.
- Certification from the American Society of Phlebotomy Technicians.
