Phlebotomy Specialist

Job Summary:
The Phlebotomy Fellow will demonstrate the ability to perform phlebotomy and various technical and clerical functions in the Laboratory, based on the needs of the individual campus. This role requires the ability to perform routine laboratory procedures, handle blood and other body fluids, and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform phlebotomy and various technical and clerical functions in the Laboratory
- Handle blood and other body fluids, including specimens contaminated with infectious diseases
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Work collaboratively with the Laboratory team to ensure efficient and effective operations
Requirements:
- High School or GED (Required)
- Knowledge of phlebotomy and laboratory procedures
- Previous clinical experience
Work Environment:
This role is based in a Laboratory setting and requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be required to work collaboratively with the Laboratory team and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
