Overview

The University of Vermont Health Network seeks a highly skilled Central Sterile Reprocessing Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating assigned shift operations and services provided to our customers.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year

About the Role

This leadership position requires a strong understanding of medical device reprocessing and sterilization practices, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills. The successful candidate will lead a staff, assist the department manager with human resources, and foster excellent communication and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and facilitate assigned shift operations and services

  • Maintain high internal visibility and train staff on systems and processes

Requirements

High School diploma plus two or more years of college coursework in Supply Chain, Business or Operations Management, Personnel Management, or related discipline required. IAHCSMM certifications as CRCST, CIS, and CHL or equivalents required. Associate's degree preferred.

Experience

Five years of progressive experience in a large academic medical center, with specialized knowledge in all aspects of CSR's operations and services.
