Sterilization Operations Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train department staff to maintain high operational effectiveness and quality standards
- Collaborate with the CSR Manager on human resources, including staff planning, team building, and performance management
- Develop and implement systems/process improvements to enhance departmental efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Operations Management, or related field required
- IAHCSMM certifications as CRCST, CIS, and CHL or equivalents required; Associate's degree preferred
- Five years of progressive experience in a large academic medical center, with specialized knowledge in all aspects of CSR's operations and services
Salary Range: $95,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
