Key Responsibilities
  • Shift Management: Manage shifts, including scheduling, staffing, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for team members, including onboarding, coaching, and performance evaluations.
  • Cash Handling and Operations: Handle cash and deposits, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that customers receive excellent service, and resolve any customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Food Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all Food Safety and company policies are in compliance with store plan to meet Q.S.C. standards.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or one to three months' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a restaurant or retail environment, with a focus on customer service, cash handling, and team management.
  • Certifications: Crew Leader Certification and Shift Supervisor Certification.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, feel, or handle; reach with hands and arms, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; lift or move up to 50 pounds; and drive an automobile for company business.
Working Environment

The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The noise level is usually moderate, and the employee may be exposed to high heat from grill and fryer equipment and may be exposed to cooking oils and other materials typically used in preparing fast food products.
