Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at Northern Arizona Healthcare. As an MRI Technologist, you will be responsible for operating a magnetic resonance scanner to obtain high-quality images used in the diagnosis and treatment of patient pathologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Obtain patient history and educate patients/families regarding procedures and/or treatment to be performed.
  • Position patients appropriately for radiographic procedures and perform radiographic procedures and analysis according to departmental guidelines.
  • Develop and evaluate radiographic results for technical quality and apply learned methodologies with independent judgment.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, archiving imaging data as needed or required.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
Requirements
  • Associates of Applied Science or other related fields.
  • ARRT (MR) certification.
  • BLS (American Heart Assoc.) certification.
  • 1 year experience as an imaging technologist.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Hospital-based experience.
  • Healthcare experience.
