Key Responsibilities- Family Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to engage families in our program, including recruiting new families and maintaining relationships with existing ones.
- Program Delivery: Deliver educational programs and services to families, including in-home evaluations, intake forms, and tracking of family progress.
- Community Outreach: Represent our organization in the community, building relationships with schools, community groups, and other stakeholders to promote our services and programs.
- Program Development: Identify topics for Parent University sessions and develop educational plans for families.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with families, staff, and community partners.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Education or Social Work.
- Experience: Background in schools and familiarity with educational techniques that enhance children's learning.
- Skills: Strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 20 pounds, and to frequently communicate with coworkers, vendors, and the public.
- Competitive Salary: $49,000 - $59,000 per year.
