As a key member of the Whitridge Associates team, the Technology Process Analyst plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of software development projects. This position involves documenting existing technology processes and aligning tools and procedures with required practices and controls.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Update and create documentation for Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Change Management processes and controls.
  • Support tool migration efforts by aligning with the SDLC target operating model.
  • Gather and refine metrics for SDLC and Change Management processes.
  • Provide day-to-day administration of development tools, including user support and troubleshooting.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field, such as Business Administration or Computer Science.
  • 2-4 years of experience as a business/systems analyst, project coordinator, or in a similar role within a process-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across the organization.
  • Proficiency in facilitating discussions between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, databases, and web-based applications.
  • Understanding of software development processes and workflows.
  • Experience in creating tool templates and standardizing processes is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian products and administration is a plus.
