Head Trauma Unit Nurse

LifeBridge Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Head Trauma Unit team. As a member of our patient care team, you will provide safe, age-appropriate patient care and function as an advisor and resource for patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care to patients with traumatic brain injuries or other neurological conditions.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective plans of care to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices in head trauma care.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree or Diploma in Nursing.
- Less than 1 year of experience.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse, Registered to practice in Maryland.
- American Heart Association BLS Certification.
