Job Title: Clinical Care LVN/LPN

At LanceSoft, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Care LVN/LPN to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide holistic, evidence-based care to our patients, inclusive of accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide patient-centered care, including education and treatment for pregnancy prevention, STI prevention, and safer sex practices.
  • Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection services, administer immunizations and injections, and provide evidence-based patient/parent vaccine counseling and education.
  • Assess patients during intake, take vital signs, and perform diagnostic tests such as EKG, Retinopathy screening.
  • Perform Point of Care testing, including COVID testing, and patient registration and intake.
  • Order equipment and prepare the clinic for the best patient experience.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of one year related work experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience documenting within an Electronic Medical Record.
  • Ability to take vital signs, perform phlebotomy blood draws, and perform Point of Care Testing.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including CPR and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) operation.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Phlebotomy Certificate or phlebotomy experience preferred.
  • Previous experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room.
