Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify patient and family needs, and develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Systematically evaluate and improve nursing practices, and actively participate in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Create a safe and therapeutic environment for patients, families, and staff.
  • Deliver patient-centered care that respects the unique differences of patients and their families.
  • Advocate for patients and their families, and develop tailored plans that reflect their values and goals.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and community members to execute comprehensive care plans.
  • Utilize resources effectively in the planning and delivery of patient care, demonstrating organizational skills.
  • Uphold professionalism by improving nursing practice and the work environment, and participating in shared governance and decision-making processes.
Requirements
  • Familiarity with standard nursing practices and patient care procedures.
  • Understanding of relevant laws and regulations, as well as hospital policies and protocols.
  • Exceptional communication skills for clear expression of thoughts, both in speech and writing.
  • Proficient critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capacity to monitor and report on changes in patients' medical conditions.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, electronic health records, and email use.
