About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Oak View Group. As a Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the serving of guests in our venue dining areas and catering functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Ensure that guests receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Beverage Management: Supervise the service of beverages to guests, including alcoholic beverages, and ensure that all beverages are served in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including ordering and receiving supplies, and maintaining accurate records of inventory levels.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train a team of bartenders and servers to ensure that they are providing excellent service to guests.
  • Event Planning: Assist with planning and executing events, including catering functions, and ensure that all events are executed to the highest standard.
  • Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, and ensure that all employees are aware of and adhere to company policies and procedures related to sanitation and safety.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with employees, management, and guests to ensure that all needs are met and that all expectations are exceeded.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience working in a supervisory capacity in a fast-paced restaurant or catering environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Ability to supervise and train a team of employees, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work well in a team-oriented environment, and ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
