Lead Pastor for Community Development

We are seeking a dedicated and visionary Lead Pastor for Community Development to join our team at Converge Heartland.
This role will focus on building relationships with the community, fostering growth, and developing ministry systems to sustain our congregation's expansion. With a strong emphasis on biblical teaching, you will be responsible for creating engaging content that inspires our members to live out their faith.
In addition to your pastoral duties, you will have opportunities to collaborate with local organizations and businesses, leveraging your expertise to drive positive change in our community.
Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
