Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversees and manages daily operations to ensure compliance with standard procedures.
  • Assists the General Manager and department heads in achieving daily objectives.
  • Leads the team to promote high productivity, outstanding performance, and positive employee morale.
  • Collaborates with Deck Supervisors and Golden Teachers on matters related to scheduling, student development, customer service, and staff training.
  • Provides training in sales and marketing to qualified personnel.
  • Guides the retail and vending departments to ensure a balanced product mix and appropriate pricing.
  • Trains and supervises private event staff to uphold operational standards.
  • Develops proficiency in all technology systems to enhance booking, scheduling, reporting, and administrative tasks.
  • Acquires in-depth knowledge of pool operations to ensure member satisfaction.
  • Fosters a positive workplace culture and employee interaction, maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
  • Implements and supervises the Emergency Action Plan and safety protocols, ensuring all staff are trained accordingly.
  • Maintains relevant certifications and stays current in the fields of aquatics and management.
Qualifications: A high school diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred. Experience as a certified lifeguard, youth sports coach, camp counselor, or childcare provider is necessary. A minimum of two years in a management role is preferred, along with two years of experience as a swimming instructor.

Certifications: Lifeguard, CPR/AED, and First Aid certifications are mandatory. Shallow water attendant certification is highly recommended.

Work Environment: The role involves regular exposure to heat and humidity, with moderate noise levels.

Compensation: $22.00 per hour
