We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team at Datavant, a leading data platform company in the healthcare industry. As the first Senior Product Manager for Retrieval Operations, you will drive strategic decisions and implement key improvements across our core products, focusing on enterprise software development and transformation. Your goal will be to empower our retrieval operations team and ensure seamless exchange of health information across thousands of provider groups, complying with regulations while maintaining efficiency and accuracy.

Key Objectives
  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and operations partners to gather insights on user needs and develop innovative functionality.
  • Design and implement operational workflows that optimize data exchange and compliance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and execution, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have:
  • 5-7 years of experience in product management, preferably in tech-forward companies.
  • Ability to drive direction and make informed decisions, even when not an expert.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working with engineering, design, and operations teams to build enterprise-wide platform products.
  • Familiarity with the healthcare provider/payer/services industry.
  • Kindness, smartness, and ability to 'Get Things Done.'

Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary range for this role is $180,000-$210,000 per year, reflecting industry standards and market conditions.
