Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Engineer to join our team at Hensel Phelps. As a Field Engineer, you will play a critical role in the success of our projects, working closely with the Superintendent to ensure that all aspects of the project are executed to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project layout and surveying in conformance with design and contract documents
  • Quality control and site safety initiatives, including coordination of trade partners
  • Material deliveries and inspections, including quantity, quality, and condition
  • Assistance with interpretation of plans and specifications for foremen and trade partners
  • Supervision of trade partners and direction of workforces to gain supervisory experience
Requirements
  • 4-year degree in Civil, Structural, Architecture, or Construction Management
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel-based templates, Prolog, Primavera, and AutoDesk Suite
