Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Continuous Improvement Manager to drive our ongoing commitment to excellence and efficiency in our manufacturing operations. As a key member of our team, you will lead the implementation of continuous improvement strategies across our organization, leveraging your expertise in Lean methodologies and process improvement techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and productivity.
  • Implement Lean methodologies such as Kaizen, 6S, and 8D across all manufacturing processes.
  • Utilize Black Belt level skills to drive process improvement, reduce waste, and streamline operations.
  • Conduct regular Root Cause Analysis to identify areas of improvement and develop effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement change initiatives and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Train and mentor staff on continuous improvement techniques and tools, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented improvements, making necessary adjustments to optimize results.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in continuous improvement methodologies, sharing knowledge with the team to drive innovation.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience in managing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge and application of Lean methodologies including Kaizen, 6S, and 8D.
  • Black Belt certification or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Root Cause Analysis and Process Improvement techniques.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage team members at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
