Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Continuous Improvement Plant Lead to join our team at Tyson Foods Inc. This role is responsible for driving the implementation of lean manufacturing processes and ensuring the plant is operating at optimal efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement lean manufacturing processes to improve plant efficiency and reduce waste
  • Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Collaborate with plant leadership to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement training programs to educate employees on lean manufacturing principles and practices
  • Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in food science, agriculture, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on lean manufacturing and process improvement
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Experience with lean manufacturing tools and methodologies
