Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving our ongoing commitment to excellence and efficiency, leading the way in implementing continuous improvement strategies across our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and productivity.
  • Implement Lean methodologies such as Kaizen, 6S, and 8D across all manufacturing processes.
  • Utilize Black Belt level skills to drive process improvement, reduce waste, and streamline operations.
  • Conduct regular Root Cause Analysis to identify areas of improvement and develop effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement change initiatives and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Train and mentor staff on continuous improvement techniques and tools, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented improvements, making necessary adjustments to optimize results.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in continuous improvement methodologies, sharing knowledge with the team to drive innovation.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience in managing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge and application of Lean methodologies including Kaizen, 6S, and 8D.
  • Black Belt certification or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Root Cause Analysis and Process Improvement techniques.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage team members at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
