- High school diploma or equivalent required; 4 years of experience in the culinary industry preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, with the ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
