Temple Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor to join our Physical Therapy Department at TUH-Jeanes Campus. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting the Director of Rehabilitation with the day-to-day operations of the department, supervising staff, and participating in established physical therapy programs.
Responsibilities:- Supervise and mentor departmental staff to ensure high-quality patient care and education
- Assist the Director of Rehabilitation with departmental operations, including budgeting, staffing, and program development
- Participate in physical therapy programs, including patient care and education, to ensure alignment with departmental goals and objectives
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and outcomes
- Masters Degree in Physical Therapy or related field (required)
- 3+ years of experience in inpatient physical therapy settings (required)
- General experience in an administrative capacity (preferred)
- BLS - Basic Life Support (required)
- PT-LIC - PA Physical Therapist License (required)
