As a key member of the Temple Health team, the Occupational Therapy Department Supervisor will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Rehabilitation department at TUH-Jeanes Campus.

Reporting to the Director of Rehabilitation, this supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the department, including supervising staff and participating in established occupational therapy programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise departmental staff to ensure high-quality patient care and education
  • Participate in established occupational therapy programs, including patient care and education
  • Collaborate with the Director of Rehabilitation to develop and implement departmental goals and objectives
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards

Requirements:

  • Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
  • 3 Years experience in an inpatient Occupational Therapy setting
  • General Experience in an administrative capacity
  • BLS - Basic Life Support certification
  • NBCOT - Natl Board Certified OT certification
  • OT-LIC - PA Occupational Therapist Lic certification
