Requirements:

  • Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • 3 Years experience in an inpatient Occupational Therapy setting
  • General experience in an administrative capacity
  • BLS - Basic Life Support certification
  • NBCOT - National Board Certified OT certification
  • OT-LIC - PA Occupational Therapist License
