Job Overview:

PagerDuty is a global leader in digital operations management. As a Digital Operations Manager, you will be responsible for empowering teams to drive business forward through the PagerDuty Operations Cloud.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Sales Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling SaaS products to Enterprise accounts and driving sales growth. You will report to a Regional Sales Director and work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.

Main Responsibilities:

• Value Selling: Focus on highlighting the unique PD value and benefit our products and services can provide to customers. This includes emphasizing the impact and solutions that address customer-specific needs or challenges.
• Sales Effectiveness: Establish genuine connections with customers, negotiate positive business outcomes, and manage complex sales cycles. You will also conduct consistent and effective conversations with senior-level executives to garner interest and support for new initiatives.
• Sales Execution: Ensure that your own and others' work is complete and accurate, prepare for meetings and presentations, and follow up with others to ensure agreements and commitments are fulfilled. You will also plan and execute territory assignments, prioritize account targets, and work with the support team to drive an effective territory strategy.

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of field sales experience, preferably in software sales/SaaS sales
• 3-5 years of experience expanding into new areas of existing accounts
• Enterprise or Commercial Account Management experience with $500M+, Fortune 500 and Global 2000 companies
• Experience selling in a multi-product selling environment
