About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Art Director / Designer to join our in-house Social Editorial Team at Marketo, an Adobe Company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and upleveling our content in social media.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop social content both independently and as part of a team, ensuring a consistent visual expression of our brand.
  • Work with agencies, freelancers, production partners, and other teams to ensure cohesive art direction and design elements.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, support creative campaigns, and join on-the-ground coverage teams for company events.
  • Own the visual expression of our brand on social media.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in social media as a Graphic Designer or Art Director.
  • An elevated eye for design, able to create work that is both functional and artistic.
  • Experience in a high-volume, social-first content environment.
  • Able to both roll up your sleeves and create work while also working with partners to elevate their work.
  • Ability to work in a video-heavy environment, partnering with video editors and motion designers on design elements.
Compensation and Benefits

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $68,800 -- $135,500 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
