Job Description

Micross Components is a leading global provider of distributed and specialty electronic components for military, space, medical, and demanding industrial applications.

The company operates as a single source for high reliability and state-of-the-art electronics, offering solutions ranging from bare die and wafer processing to advanced and custom packaging, component modifications, and related interconnect offerings.

As a Production Manager at Micross Components, you will provide technical support to the organization by leveraging your expertise in electrical component testing for a broad range of devices, from diodes to microprocessors.

You will work closely with Sales & Marketing, Engineering, External Customers, and Suppliers to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

The role also involves performing extensive data analysis and supervising 8-10 Test Engineers and Technicians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide oversight and guidance to Test Engineers and Technicians.
  • Work with Engineering and B.D. to determine technical requirements necessary to support customer bench test projects.
  • Deploy DAQ hardware and software in an efficient and logical manner.
  • Bench test and instrumentation testing knowledge and experience are essential.
  • Electromechanical understanding of components and thermal management techniques is required.
  • Vector conversion/vector translation and driver setup.
  • Monitor jobs during stress cycles using data logging routines.
  • Hardware and oven repairs, maintenance, and calibration.
  • Write LabVIEW code using NI equipment and drivers.
  • Keep project status updated in the planning system for the bench area.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: This position is in an ITAR-registered facility, and US Person (US Citizen or US Permanent resident) status is a must.
