We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Automation Engineer. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions that drive business value and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop automation solutions using various tools and technologies, including MS Power Platform and RPA.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and develop solutions that meet business needs.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure the quality and reliability of automation solutions.
  • Work with clients and technical staff to investigate, analyze, and resolve technical problems related to automation solutions.
  • Estimate and define timetables and project tasks, and analyze and estimate cost and time.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Seven to nine years of relevant work experience with programming concepts, development logic, or automating complex processes.
  • Strong experience with MS Power Platform and/or RPA, including Automation Anywhere A360 or similar RPA alternatives.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, .Net, C#, Java, or other configuration/scripting type technology.
  • Thorough knowledge of data and process modeling, system and application testing, software development life cycle, application design and architecture, programming, implementation, change controls, and robotics suites.
  • Thorough understanding of information and release management, and product and vendor evaluation.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving, project management, and teamwork/collaboration skills.
  • Comprehensive analytical, technical, and application development/programming skills.
  • Adept at forging relationships, influencing others, overcoming resistance, and producing results.
  • Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
