About Emerald Blue: Emerald Blue specializes in the installation of commercial furnishings, catering to a wide array of sectors, including healthcare, hospitality, sports, education, and corporate environments both nationally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

To excel in this role, the individual must effectively manage the following duties:

  • Ensure timely completion of projects while meeting client expectations.
  • Maintain daily communication with dispatch for assignments and schedules.
  • Collaborate closely with the safety manager regarding safety-related matters.
  • Coordinate with the accounting team to submit receipts for reimbursements and billable job expenses.
  • Assist in managing external overhead costs incurred during installations.
  • Review project scope in conjunction with the relevant salesperson.
  • Support warehouse operations when items are returned or retrieved.
  • Document disciplinary actions as necessary, providing feedback to the Team Supervisor and Human Resources.
  • Prepare and maintain essential reports, including DVIR, Bill of Lading, and Disposal forms.
  • Ensure safe and proper installation techniques are utilized throughout projects.
  • Communicate daily work plans to team members, including breaks and task adjustments.
  • Assist with the physical demands of the project as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to lead a team, managing crew sizes from two to over 25 individuals.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and database applications.
  • Capability to perform all physical tasks associated with Installer and Lead roles.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to remain on your feet for the entire duration of the shift.
  • Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Able to push and pull weights of up to 200 lbs.
Experience and Education:
  • 1-3 years of experience in moving and installation.
  • 3-5 years of experience in leading large-scale projects.
