Position Summary:

The role requires a comprehensive understanding of landscape design plans and the expertise to determine the appropriate placement of various elements within the outdoor space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the landscape installation project from inception to completion, ensuring meticulous attention to detail throughout all phases.
  • Maintain effective communication with team members, clients, designers, contractors, and the operations manager.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in operating trucks, equipment, and tools, while guiding the crew in executing complex tasks and addressing unexpected challenges.

This position offers long-term opportunities and is ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic who can thrive in outdoor environments.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively, with strong communication skills.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, with a solid understanding of the job cycle.
  • Familiarity with all aspects of equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to obtain a DOT health card as per DOT guidelines.
  • Experience in both hardscape and softscape installation projects.
  • Proficient skills in operating heavy equipment.
  • Certifications such as CNLP, ICPI, PLT, MNLA, ALCA, or ISA are advantageous.
