About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at All Ways Caring HomeCare. As a key member of our nursing group, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in people's lives by providing outstanding patient care in a variety of settings.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for delivering high-quality care that meets the unique needs of each client.

Job Responsibilities
  • Attend and actively participate in weekly team meetings to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication among team members.
  • Provide rehabilitation and coordinate medical needs for clients, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Administer medications as ordered by physicians, monitor patients' responses, and discontinue medications when necessary.
  • Assist with maintaining assigned budgets and report any discrepancies or concerns to management promptly.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, develop personalized plans of care, and implement treatment strategies tailored to each client's needs.
  • Evaluate employees' competence and skills to ensure they meet the highest standards of care.
  • Notify physicians and staff of significant changes in clients' medical conditions and provide updates on progress notes, summaries, and discharges.
Qualifications
  • Must be 21 years of age and hold a valid driver's license and insurance.
  • Holds a bachelor's degree in nursing or a related health and human services field from an accredited college or university.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $85,920, based on a hourly rate of $41.00. We also offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate your needs and preferences.
