Support Specialist for Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities

CompensationThe estimated salary for this role is $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience and location. Our full benefits package includes a 401(k) with a 3% company match, paid time off, and holiday pay.
About the RoleWe believe every person has the right to live well, and everyone deserves to have a fulfilling career. As a Support Specialist, you will work with participants in their homes or communities, providing assistance with daily living tasks, developing real relationships, and supporting individuals with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities- Assist participants with personal hygiene and daily living tasks
- Develop and implement individualized support plans
- Build meaningful relationships with participants and their families
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
