Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience and location. Our full benefits package includes a 401(k) with a 3% company match, paid time off, and holiday pay.

About the Role

As a Support Specialist, you will work with participants in their homes or communities, providing assistance with daily living tasks, developing real relationships, and supporting individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist participants with personal hygiene and daily living tasks
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans
  • Build meaningful relationships with participants and their families
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
