We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Catering Lead to join our team at Manna Development. As a Catering Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our catering operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management: Take, place, and prepare catering orders accurately and on time, while teaching others to do so effectively.
  • Guest Database Management: Maintain accurate and detailed guest database, collect payments, and follow up with catering guests to ensure satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Display an ability to interact positively with all team members, managers, and guests on a consistent basis.
  • Work Area Maintenance: Keep work area neat and clean while following all safety and sanitation procedures.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation for local deliveries.
  • Insurance: Have proof of insurance.
  • Customer Service Skills: Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, including politeness, courtesy, respect, and a professional appearance.
  • Organization and Attention to Detail: Be organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and teammates.
  • Schedule Flexibility: Be able to work a flexible schedule with early start times.
  • Age and Experience: Be over the age of 18 and have food service or retail sales experience (preferred but not required).
  • Physical Demands: Be able to lift up to 30 lbs, and be able to bend, reach, push, pull, and stand for long periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.
