Key Responsibilities:


As part of the Chaplaincy Services team, you will deliver spiritual guidance and emotional support to staff, patients, and their families in accordance with established policies and procedures.


Collaborate with clinical teams to evaluate the spiritual, religious, and cultural requirements of patients and their families, ensuring care is provided with respect for diverse beliefs and practices.

Engage with the patient's or family's religious representatives when consent is granted, facilitating a holistic approach to care.

Work Schedule:
This position requires availability every weekend, consisting of two 12-hour shifts, with flexibility to work either day or night shifts on Saturday and Sunday.

Qualifications:
Educational Background:
Master's Degree preferred, or a combination of relevant education and experience may be accepted in lieu of a Master's Degree. A Bachelor's degree along with two units of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) is strongly preferred.

Experience:
Relevant experience in spiritual care is essential.
