- Escalation Point: Serve as a point of escalation for clients or brokers regarding end-of-day recaps, confirmations, and STP messaging, providing timely and accurate support.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure trade processing and reporting is done in accordance with all pertinent regulatory rules, maintaining the highest standards of compliance and accuracy.
- Cross-Training: Cross-train to provide coverage for different product lines, ensuring our team's expertise and knowledge are up-to-date and aligned with our business needs.
- Experience: 0 to 5 years of work experience in financial operations, with a strong understanding of trade processes and regulatory requirements.
- Skills: Strong PC skills, with a working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and demonstrable problem-solving skills.
- Licenses: Series 99 licensed or successful completion within six months of employment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
